Our family has two things we count down to; Disney trips, and BYU FOOTBALL SEASON!
Before the game we went to a book signing and got to meet Jonny Harline. The answered Prayer is a fun children's book about one of the greatest BYU plays of all time!!
Syd didn't quite make it through the game.
And of course the now ritual, shaving of the Y's in the boy's heads.
Taylor likes to give us a hard time about BYU even though he likes them too. So on one game day we decided to go and decorate his front yard and put up a poster of him at BYU basketball camp. It looked something like this.
So in retaliation, he and Amanda drew a giant red U on our van (they may as well have drawn vulgarity all over because it is essentially the same thing, if you don't follow BYU football this will mean absolutely nothing to you.)
It was actually really funny, they really got us back good! Daniel didn't let it last more that a minute!
Watching the band go by with Brady.
Ran into L. Tom Perry on our way into one of the games. It was AWESOME!! He shook all the kids hands and asked the boys if they were getting ready for their missions. You can just feel the spirit radiating out of that man, it meant a lot that he would stop and talk to us.
So at another game I did the marine challenge, I beat and held the record of the longest time to keep yourself up on the bar (girls) I won a t-shirt and everything, it was pretty funny!
